Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern under a licensed pharmacist, you will contribute to health care by ensuring safety, handling regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service. Core responsibilities include patient care program management and fostering a positive team culture.

Job Responsibility:

Keeping customers and patients healthy through patient care programs
Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues
Seek new ways to grow, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes
Facilitate a team culture promoting caring, energy, and pride.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity for tasks like typing or working with small items
Ability to reach overhead and stretch
Precision control to adjust machines
Stoop to a considerable degree, bending spine
Close visual acuity for activities like reading or inspecting
Ability to orally communicate information
Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met
