Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and play a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This includes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service, as well as responsibilities like managing inventory and workflows. Candidates must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and have strong communication skills.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Mobility and ability to remain upright for extended periods
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Ability to reach overhead and adjust machines precisely
Ability to stoop and lift
Visual acuity
Oral communication skills
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
