Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team delivering purpose, modeling company values, and supporting patients. Under direct licensed pharmacist supervision, you will ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy work environment. Responsibilities include patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, and workflow management.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Visual acuity
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Striving to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met
