The role provides graduate pharmacist interns an opportunity to work as part of the CVS pharmacy team, delivering healthcare services and focusing on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and workflow management. Responsibilities include supporting the pharmacy manager, identifying growth opportunities, helping patients achieve better health outcomes, and adhering to state guidelines for pharmacist licensure.

Requirements:
PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
0-3 years prior relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP
Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead
Stretch or reach out with body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) to place, move, lift items
Precision control: Adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop and bend spine at the waist
Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity for transcribing, viewing computer terminal, reading, visual inspection of small parts
Orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs and exerting force
Obtain required pharmacist licensure within required timeframe per state guidelines.
