Job Description:

As a pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work as part of the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional care to patients while under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, maintaining quality assurance, inventory management, and providing customer care.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Ability to reach overhead and stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Precision control
Ability to stoop to move items between low and high positions
Close visual acuity
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Once state regulations are met, striving to provide patient immunizations
