Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment while delivering care to patients. Responsibilities include patient care program management, regulatory compliance, and team collaboration. The role requires dedication to customer satisfaction, learning, and alignment with the company's purpose.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Ability to use finger dexterity for picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Ability to reach overhead, stretch or grasp items
Ability to adjust machines to exact positions
Ability to stoop and move items between low and high positions, including bending spine at the waist
Visual acuity for transcribing, viewing computer terminals, and reading
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customers
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
