Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will be involved in managing patient care programs, ensuring patient safety, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management. This role requires empathy, collaboration, and leadership skills, with opportunities to provide immunizations and grow professionally.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Ability to perform precise hand movements and reach overhead
Visual acuity for tasks like transcribing and computer work
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to provide patient immunizations when state regulations are met.
