As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to help ensure the safe and effective operation of a Retail Pharmacy. Responsibilities include patient care, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, workflow management, and inventory oversight, among others.

Requirements:
Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Ability to have finger dexterity: picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Ability to reach overhead
Ability to extend hands and arms in multiple directions
Ability to maintain precision control: adjusting machines to exact positions
Ability to stoop to a considerable degree
Ability to maintain close visual acuity for transcribing, viewing a computer, reading, or visual inspection
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customers
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs and exerting force
Complete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
Complete all required training and obtain required licensure within state guidelines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Providing patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
