Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you'll support the pharmacy team under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, and quality assurance. Interns also work on inventory and workflow management while contributing to patient care programs.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
Precision control: Adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop to move items between low and high positions
Visual Acuity: Close visual activities such as transcribing, computer terminal viewing, reading
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Complete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor
Complete all required training and obtain required licensure (if applicable) within state guidelines

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Once state regulations are met, striving to provide patient immunizations
