As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and play a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing inventory, and promoting patient care programs. You will lead with heart and foster a team culture aligned with CVS Health’s purpose and values.

Requirements:
Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead, stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs
Extend hands and arms in multiple directions
Precision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop, bend spine at the waist to move items between positions
Visual acuity to transcribe, view computer terminals, read, inspect small parts
Able to orally communicate instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
Complete all required training and obtain required licensure (if applicable) within state guidelines.
Nice to have:
Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
