Job Description:

As a Clinical Assistant Pharmacy Technician, you will be working within the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) side of CVS Pharmacy, helping members on their path to better health by providing top-notch customer service and supporting the care process.

Job Responsibility:

Handle general questions about the service
Support all phases of the care process including enrollment, creation and maintenance of an electronic medical/pharmacy record, appointment scheduling, and care plan processing/mailing
Support inbound and outbound calls from plan members
Document activity and maintain electronic medical records

Requirements:

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee
At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience

Nice to have:

CVS Health experience
Experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting
Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification
