Job Description:

The Pharmacy Technician role at CVS Health provides an opportunity to work in a leading retail pharmacy company. Responsibilities include filling prescriptions, compliance with regulations, ethical conduct, and patient care. Training and certification are required, with opportunities to build clinical and technical expertise. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Job Responsibility:

Managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to fill patient prescriptions safely and accurately
Providing caring service exceeding customer expectations
Ensuring medication needs and compliance standards are met
Demonstrating ethical conduct and patient confidentiality
Completion of CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and state-required certifications.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Licensure requirements vary by state

Visual acuity for detailed work.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification.
