Job Description:

This role involves supporting pharmacy operations and assisting patients and customers by ensuring prescriptions are filled accurately and promptly, delivering excellent service, complying with all relevant regulations, and contributing to a safe and inclusive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Provide heartfelt customer service in-store, at drive-thru, or over the phone
Complete inventory activities such as cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and deliveries
Follow company SOPs and workflow procedures
Deliver additional patient healthcare services where permissible, including immunizations or offsite clinics
Support vaccine preparation and administration as Technician Immunizer

Requirements:

Comply with state board of pharmacy requirements governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, licensure/certification
At least 16 years of age minimum if not specified by the state board
High school diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in high school or equivalent program
State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Nice to have:

1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
