Job Description:

Pharmacy Technicians support the pharmacy team to deliver operational and service excellence while ensuring prescriptions are filled accurately, providing patient care, and complying with legal and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Living company SOPs
following pharmacy workflow procedures
contributing to positive patient experiences
ensuring prescription accuracy
assisting with inventory activities
maintaining flexibility for scheduling
complying with laws and regulations
delivering patient health care services
supporting immunizations where permissible.

Requirements:

State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements
age, education, and licensure/certification requirements
must be at least 16 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent
regular and predictable attendance
ability to complete required training
attention to detail
customer service orientation
communication skills
mathematical reasoning
problem resolution skills
physical demands including mobility, lifting, and visual acuity.

Nice to have:

1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
ability to work across the market in other locations.
