Job Description:

Due to continued growth and ongoing success, this respected specialist insurance broker is seeking an additional team member to join them and work as part of a team of experienced brokers and account executives in the provision of professional indemnity insurance to clients.

Job Responsibility:

Deal with new and existing commercial professional indemnity insurance risks
Develop your knowledge of the PI insurance marketplace
Provide quotations and renewals, deal with MTA’s, market submission, presentations, etc
Working independently, with wider team and alongside Account Executives and Directors
Attend networking and conference events
Build strong insurer and client relationships
Attend client visits, where appropriate
Ensure records remain compliant and up to date
In line with client requirements, provide a tailored service

Requirements:

A track record within the commercial insurance marketplace
A knowledge of, or willingness to train in the specialist PI Sector
Team player who is confident, ambitious and looking to progress within the industry
Confident in building relationships and negotiating with insurers and clients
Strong communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to time-manage
