Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Plant Controller in the manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics industry, located in Lebanon, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting functions, as well as conducting financial analysis and budgeting tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all accounting functions
Conduct detailed financial analysis
Develop and manage the annual budget
Implement and manage the auditing process
Handle accounts payable activities
Utilize Accounting Software Systems
Leverage NetSuite for financial operations and reporting
Manage logistics and distribution processes
Monitor and manage budget processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of finance and accounting
Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
Demonstrated expertise in managing all Accounting Functions efficiently
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Capacity to manage and oversee the Annual Budget
Skilled in conducting Auditing processes
Familiarity with NetSuite software
Experience in Logistics & Distribution
