Job Description:

Are you an experienced financial professional with a strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost control, and inventory management? Do you thrive in an independent role and have the ability to analyze budgets and capital improvements? We have an exciting opportunity for you to take charge as a Plant Controller at our client’s manufacturing facility in Rahway, NJ.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Prepare accurate financial statements and detailed analyses for management review
Develop and track key performance metrics for plant financial performance
Oversee and manage all financial activities within the plant, including cost accounting, inventory management, and reporting

Requirements:

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in manufacturing accounting, cost control, and inventory management
Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital improvement analysis
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with management at all levels
