Job Description:

This individual will be instrumental in leading financial planning and analysis, developing cost accounting processes, and providing strategic financial guidance for our plant operations. You will be working in a dynamic environment where collaboration with various teams is key to driving business decisions and operational improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the financial planning and analysis
Develop and maintain cost accounting processes
Provide strategic financial guidance to plant leadership
Oversee the financial closing processes
Manage inventory accounting and controls
Collaborate with teams in operations, supply chain, and logistics
Support capital expenditure projects
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
Analyze key financial metrics
Partner with corporate finance to support external audits and financial reporting requirements
Ensure accurate inventory unit cost valuation and record monthly inventory change

Requirements:

Proficiency in Auditing
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Experience with Software Implementations
Ability to handle System Conversion and Implementation
Comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing Cost Accounting
Expertise in general Cost Accounting
Knowledge of Inventory Accounting
Experience working in Manufacturing Plants
Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting
