Job Description:

The Plant Head role involves managing operations for a steel manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality production while meeting compliance standards and delivery targets.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee production of Alloy Steel & Carbon Steel Billets, Rolled Products, and Forging Quality Ingots
implement production schedules
monitor production planning
ensure machinery maintenance
oversee quality control systems
ensure compliance with safety standards
lead continuous improvement initiatives
mentor engineering and supervisory teams
manage annual budget
optimize processes and technology
ensure customer satisfaction
prepare production reports

Requirements:

Deep understanding of steel manufacturing processes
production management
quality control
team leadership
compliance with regulations and industry standards
ability to lead and mentor teams
experience in process optimization
customer relationship management
