Job Description:

Overall plant management responsibilities involving production, quality, maintenance, and customer schedules; Ensure compliance with QMS; Facilitate process audits and safety measures; Involvement in new product development and technology upgrades.

Job Responsibility:

Overall plant management from Production, Quality, Maintenance, plant HR, inventory management, Cost saving initiatives to dispatches against schedules
Responsible for adherence to customer schedules and connect to customers
Responsible for achieving monthly production targets with targeted OEE
Responsible for QMS compliance, COQP, IATF/QMS Certification & compliance, Various customer audits compliances
Involvement in new product development, Process parameters validation, PPAP documentation
Responsible for plant Maintenance MTTR/MTBF, new machines & upgradation of technology
Compliances – Involvement in Statutory, internal & various process audits
To ensure Safe working environment with all necessary Safety compliance
