Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resource functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee engagement, compliance, industrial relations, and workforce development, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
8 to 15 years in HR roles within a manufacturing/plant environment
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations
Experience in union handling and conflict resolution is an advantage
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll management, and workforce planning
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
