Job Description:

We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors. We are looking for a Multis who can plaster entire rooms, the work is in the east london and south end Area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance, services to our clients at a high quality standard.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client
Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed

Requirements:

Full clean driving licence (essential)
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
Responding promptly to maintenance requests
Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed
