Job Description:

Are you an experienced Plumber, then this is for you. we do have an opening in Bristol for Plumber. This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive: Salary - £36k Static, Bristol Monday to Friday, 40 hours 25+8 days holidays No call outs Overtime

Job Responsibility:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fabric structures
Identify and repair damages to fabric installations
Assist with installation and upgrades of fabric systems
Select, procure, and manage fabric materials and tools
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Maintain documentation and prepare reports on fabric conditions
Coordinate with maintenance staff and communicate with management
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Train and supervise junior staff and maintenance personnel
Apply technical expertise to solve fabric-related issues
Carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling etc

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 / 3 in plumbing / equivalent
