Manages corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the portfolio and project management environment based upon Policies, Standards, Customer Engagement Roadmap and Global Method.
Job Responsibility:
Accountable for Advisory & Professional Service Delivery Financials metrics working with Project Managers
Owns Customer Survey and manage Closed Loop Corrective Actions
Setup a strong Project governance, ensure adherence to PM methodology, tools and governance based on ISO methodology
Responsible for ISO certification and recertification as required
Drive Project portfolio Management of all projects and have a direct oversight of large, complex projects
Manages project financials including P&L
Ensure financial targets are met, and manage Delivered Margin of large project sold Margin (and prevent red projects)
Ensure Early warnings mechanism is strong
Manage PM profession (capability and capacity) including skills, certification, training and career path across country
Strong collaborative skills
Work on automating the processes
Manages customer project delivery
High complexity legal and commercial issues
Meets or exceeds SOAR approved budgets
Provides reliable financial forecasts to the management
Identifies and develops new opportunities with client
Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities
Acts as opportunity manager for high-risk deals
Manages client relationships
Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members
Provides detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members
Requirements:
First Level University degree
10-15 years’ experience in project management or in like roles/businesses
PMP Certified
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods
Makes use of and contributes to the company's PM Professions community
