Job Description:

Join our Global TUI Intercruises Operations team in Malaysia (Penang) as a Port Delivery Agent, where you will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our suppliers and operational management of pre-agreed Cruise Ship port calls as required to ensure the smooth operation of shore excursion operations and the complete satisfaction of our cruise passengers.

Job Responsibility:

Pre-operational preparations
Being physically present at the port
Liaise with ships and operations teams
Invoicing and costing
Respond to inquiries
Verification of suppliers/vendors invoices
Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Experience in planning and organizing
Exceptional customer service skills
Eager and willing to learn
Confident decision maker under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English
Pro-active guest service mindset
Flexible work shifts
Willing to travel for cruise operations
Full manual driver’s license
