Job Description:

The role of Practice Delivery Manager involves managing recruitment teams, achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, ensuring timely collections, and developing innovative recruitment strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Consistently achieve the targeted GP and placements for yourself and your team on a monthly basis
Ensure the team delivers high-value closures aligned with revenue targets while tracking performance against KPIs
Anticipate demand trends based on client expectations to build a skilled, adaptable, and knowledgeable recruitment team
Monitor hiring trends and provide data-driven insights and analytics to both internal and external stakeholders
Develop a strong talent pipeline through alternative sourcing strategies and innovative recruitment methods
Ensure timely collections of all billed Gross Profits within the stipulated period
Adhere to activity-based field steering to achieve desired outcomes
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and drive their performance

Requirements:

Graduate/PGDM
Handling senior level recruitment

10+ years of experience
