Job Description:

Join a respected, long-standing law firm in their Cherry Hill office that specializes in representing plaintiffs in mass tort, personal injury, and premises liability cases on behalf of unions, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and throughout South Jersey and New York City. We have a reputation for providing excellent legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. We are seeking a motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal with 1-2+ years of experience to support our legal team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and an interest in personal injury law. You will assist attorneys with pre-litigation tasks, preparing clients and cases for the next stage of the litigation process.

Job Responsibility:

Opening files
Handling medical records
Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers
Preparing and sending demand letters
Drafting and filing claims
Maintaining accurate case files
Assisting with scheduling and coordination
Ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal procedures

Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience as a pre-litigation paralegal in personal injury or a related legal field in PA (NJ and NY are a plus)
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and pre-litigation processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external parties
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Education in Paralegal Studies or a related field is a plus
