Job Description:

A new role has become available with a leading manufacturer of Precast concrete products for a hardworking individual who isn't afraid of hands on work and getting a little dirty. Randstad is looking for Precast Labourers for a quick start at a Concrete Precast Yard in Central Tamworth. You will be working with a fantastic long standing team to produce a variety of made to order products that could be anything from a whole building, bridge, pipes, tunnel etc, all made on site to be delivered to the project and put together like a jigsaw puzzle. Taking the building industry by storm Precast isn't the future of building, it is the now of building.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the production of concrete precast elements: Moulds, steel fixing, welding, pouring, finishing
Manual lifting and carrying of heavy materials
Operating machinery under supervision
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Reo Welding (Training provided if not experienced)

Requirements:

Construction and hand tool experience
Good mechanical skills
C Class Drivers licence and reliable transport
White Card (Essential)
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
Commitment to workplace safety procedures
Be able to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test
Have full working rights in Australia

Nice to have:

Technologically literate
Applicable experience in civil work, precast or concreting
