Job Description:

Are you passionate about education and helping students reach their full potential? We are looking for enthusiastic tutors in Leicester to provide flexible, impactful support for students in Maths, English, and Science. Work with Randstad to make a significant difference in students' outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

developing personalised lesson plans based on each student's learning style
assessing student progress
identifying areas for improvement and recording achievement using internal reporting systems
delivering engaging sessions for various learning styles
achieving measurable outcomes
collaborating with educational and care stakeholders
adhering to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines

Requirements:

QTS
previous experience tutoring one-to-one or small groups of students needing additional educational or pastoral support
ability to accept supervision and constructive feedback gracefully
experience working in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions
familiarity with supporting students with SEN, undiagnosed SEN, disengaged young people, or looked-after children

Nice to have:

proficiency in IT skills
access to a laptop/computer and audio-visual capabilities
reliable broadband and internet connection
ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and motivate students
experience working with disengaged young people or looked-after children
