Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated supply teacher to join our team and support a variety of schools in and around Waterbeach. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students across different year groups.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt to the needs of each class
Maintain a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where students feel safe to learn and grow
Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation
Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning
Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership to support ongoing student development

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
Ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities
