Job Description:

Randstad is seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to join the team as Supply Teachers in West Cambridge. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into various classrooms, providing essential cover and support wherever needed. Whether it's for a day, a week, or longer, your role is crucial in ensuring students' learning experiences remain uninterrupted. You'll follow set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment, adapting quickly to different school settings and student needs.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging lessons in line with the provided plans
Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Provide feedback on student progress to the regular class teacher
Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings
Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if you don't already have one) and eligibility to work in the UK
