Job Description:

Randstad Education is partnering with fantastic schools in King's Lynn to find dedicated Primary Supply Teachers ready to make a positive impact. In this role, you will nurture the academic, social, and emotional development of students, creating an engaging and inclusive learning experience for children aged 4-11.

Job Responsibility:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
Create an inspiring and safe learning environment
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to a positive school culture and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching in a primary setting
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Right to work in the UK - Essential (sponsorship is not available with this role)
Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
A positive and flexible approach to working with young learners
An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
