Job Description:

This progressive and growing international school offers KG and Primary classes to Chinese families with a unique bilingual opportunity. It is an authorised IB World School for the Primary Years Programme, blending the best of western and eastern culture, language, and education.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the IB PYP curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student development
Support bilingual learning and help students develop English proficiency
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth
Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to ensure student success
Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions
Support extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community
Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
At least 2 years of teaching experience post-qualification
Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and IB PYP principles
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Experience in bilingual or international school setting
Strong classroom management skill
Enthusiasm for fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment
