Job Description:

The Principal User Experience Designer crafts innovative and engaging digital products that delight customers and drive business results. Responsible for design strategy and user-centered design activities related to web or mobile apps. The role will mentor other designers on the team and deliver T-Mobile's most critical product designs.

Job Responsibility:

Guides, mentors and encourages other designers in the team
Envision sophisticated UX ecosystems
Works across functional teams to understand business and feature requirements
Ability to work hand in hand with project and product managers
Acts as an evangelist for design thinking
Establishes, evolves and evangelizes design strategy across the company

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
7 plus years related working experience
User Experience Design
Communication
Presentations
Analytics
Leadership
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Design system (Salesforce) experience
Proven understanding of JIRA
