Job Description:

A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a CDM Principal Designer to join their expanding team. Recognised for their outstanding employee engagement, they were awarded 2-star accreditation by Best Companies and ranked among the top 100 mid-sized companies to work for in the UK.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expert advice on health and safety regulations
Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
Engage with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
Work closely with in-house teams
Play a key role in risk management and design reviews
Support clients in meeting their statutory obligations

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a CDM Principal Designer or CDM Consultant
A relevant health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Construction Certificate, IOSH, or similar)
Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and their practical application
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams
The ability to collaborate with in-house teams and work across multiple sectors
