Job Description:

Drive payment innovation and shape the future of customer experience in Japan's dynamic market. Lead payment acceptance and experience strategy, identifying and launching new payment solutions. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, mentor teams, and ensure scalable and innovative solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Create and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for payment products
Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis of customer behavior and market trends
Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, including Tech, Marketing, UX, and Finance
Identify and evaluate new payment opportunities, from conception through launch
Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable payment solutions
Present to senior leadership and influence product strategy
Mentor a team of product and program managers while fostering a culture of innovation

Requirements:

10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, or technology experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Demonstrated ability to blend product and program management skills
Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives
Business-level English communication skills
