Job Description:

As part of the Atlassian Corporate Engineering (ACE) team at Atlassian, your role will unlock the potential of every team within the company. The ACE team delivers advanced technology and solutions that empower Atlassian teams to excel in their respective missions. As a Technical Program Manager reporting to a Head of TPM, you will define product/program technical strategy. You will create long-term vision for the team and associated roadmap for your areas of ownership. You will build consensus among partners. You will use deep domain and technical expertise to ensure success of large cross organization programs. You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of fundamental challenges, shape technical requirements and collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive solutions. You will influence solution architecture to meet the latest needs of the business and contribute to programs and process across organizational boundaries. On the ACE GTM TPM Team, you will build solutions that empower core GTM products, support the Sales/Marketing org, and fuel the growth of the Atlassian business. Your focus will be on building enterprise-grade platform solutions that power our GTM products and enable our teams to scale. Your platforms will support all 1P and 3P products and integrations for GTM, build AI to propel innovation and fuel new thinking for revenue growth and retention.

Build enterprise-grade platform solutions that power GTM products
Support all 1P and 3P products and integrations for GTM
Build AI to propel innovation and fuel new thinking for revenue growth and retention
Define the strategic goals for areas owned
Communicate value proposition to partners
Ensure support
Anticipate challenges
Take ownership of strategic but ambiguous plans
Provide technical leadership on engineering programs
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across multiple teams
Balance tradeoffs and ensure successful outcomes
Define and track improvements to metrics for quality and performance across complex projects involving many teams

Requirements:

BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical product management
Ability to translate goals into technical problems and programs
Knowledge of system design
Willingness to develop domain expertise in the area you operate
Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs
Excellent verbal and written skills
