They are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their well-established team in Glasgow. Job Responsibility:

Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on wills, trusts, estate planning, inheritance tax, and complex executries
Delivering comprehensive client solutions
Providing proactive, strategic advice

Requirements:

STEP-qualified solicitor with strong technical knowledge in private client work
Experience in tax planning, trust administration, and complex will drafting
Experience in advising on inheritance tax, agricultural and business property reliefs, and managing taxable estates
Excellent attention to detail
Strong drafting skills
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and third parties
Commercial mindset
Ability to provide proactive, strategic advice
