Job Description:

An experienced paralegal is required to support the team with incoming work related to wills, estates, inheritance tax matters, trusts, will variations, and disputes. The role requires previous relevant experience and is desk-based in the office.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with a busy stream of incoming work related to wills, estates, inheritance tax matters, trusts, will variations, and will disputes.

Requirements:

Experienced paralegal required
Knowledge of wills, estates, inheritance tax matters, trusts, will variations, and will disputes
Ability to hit the ground running
Previous experience in a busy high street or small regional firm
Live within commutable distance from Portsmouth
Desk-based work preferred, with presence in the office.

Nice to have:

Experience mentoring other staff
Willingness to relocate and live/work in the area.
