Requirements:

Previous experience at partner or senior associate level within Wills, Probate, Estates and Tax Planning
Business development skills
Supervisory skills
Managed and motivated staff
Ability to handle high-quality matters
Technically strong in Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, Estates, and tax planning
Knowledge of regional Private Client market
STEP membership (optional)
