Job Description:

Douglas Scott is working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm in Greater Manchester that is committed to modernization and growth. They are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their dynamic team - Partnrship is also on the table as an opportunity within the near future.

Requirements:

Have proven experience handling Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration cases
Be confident in drafting and implementing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Have experience in Deputyship applications
Demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity when handling clients’ affairs
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
