Job Description:

A legal 500 firm based in Surrey is seeking a skilled solicitor or legal executive to join a busy, well-established and reputable firm. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload independently
Provide expert advice on private client matters
Display a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Assist in business development and networking to support the department’s growth

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant experience in private client law
Proven ability to handle a variety of cases independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, client-focused attitude
Business development and networking experience is highly advantageous
