Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounting functions for private equity funds, ensuring smooth quarterly closings
Play a key role in audit coordination, from planning to data review
Maintain and enhance accounting and operating procedures to align with best practices
Ensure financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and key reports
Analyze financial statements and review third-party quarterly valuations

Requirements:

3+ years of Big 4 Audit Experience must have Financial Services clients (Private Equity, Venture Capital..)
MUST have CPA (or 2/4 exams completed)
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take ownership of complex projects and work independently
A team-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning
