Job Description:

Successful private equity firm located in the Greater Philadelphia Area is looking to staff an Private Equity Investment Professional with expertise in investment banking and/or experience with corporate acquisitions. In this role, you will source and implement acquisitions, including, research and analysis, onboarding, and ongoing leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Source and implement acquisitions, including research and analysis, onboarding, and ongoing leadership

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics
8-12+ year of investment experience at a Director-level
Investment Banking or Private Equity experience required
Extensive experience sourcing and executing acquisitions
Strategic planning abilities
High attention to detail, outstanding communication skills
Ability to travel as needed
