Job Description:

My client is seeking a talented Private Wealth Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualified experience to join their growing team.

Job Responsibility:

Become a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners
Contribute to the firm's growth through your exceptional client relationships and business development initiatives

Requirements:

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in private client work, including advising on wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts
Possess experience in deputyship and court of protection work, which would be advantageous but not essential
Showcase your ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide exceptional client care and communication
Demonstrate a proactive and commercially minded approach to your work
Bring your networking and business development skills to the table
A minimum of 6 years' post-qualified experience in private client law
STEP accreditation, which is highly desirable
A proven track record of developing strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

Nice to have:

Possess experience in deputyship and court of protection work
STEP accreditation
