Job Description:

The Process Excellence Assistant Consultant supports process owners with improving efficiency & quality, as well as change and transformation projects across transactional finance processes. You will be responsible for supporting teams, customers and stakeholders to drive and implement effective and measurable benefits through process improvement initiatives using the DMAIC methodology.

Job Responsibility:

Support teams to identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities
Collaborate with teams to implement changes and support rapid improvement events
Conduct process mapping and use root cause analysis techniques to resolve process issues
Measure and analyse activity across the team, supporting the development of the KPI framework
Apply a KPI driven approach to managing processes and quantifying benefits of process improvements
Champion and endorse standardised working, facilitate workshops and activity to align processes
Contribute to transformational projects by supporting requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing (UAT) activity, defect management and training
Champion business change and actively encourage innovation, blue sky thinking and continuous improvement
Develop, update and maintain all process documentation
Build strong working relationships with teams and stakeholders across O2C teams

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position with a minimum of 3 years developing business improvement skills
Experience in project management and continuous improvement advantageous
Exceptional analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Articulate communicator and strong facilitation skills
Proficient in MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint, Visio experience is preferred
Native German speaker, Fluent in English, other languages (Spanish, French) are a plus
