Job Description:

The Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple areas of the site, ensuring the well-being and safety of the team, and developing continuous improvement plans. This role involves managing staff including supervisors and area managers, setting goals, and ensuring that the site meets customer objectives. The Process Manager also focuses on fostering good customer relationships and upholding high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Training of new employees
Employee Skills Development
Monitoring and evaluation of training courses
Compliance with standards and continuous improvement

Requirements:

University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
Significant experience in operations management, ideally in logistics, supply chain or industrial production
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
Ability to manage a large team and drive performance
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams
Good command of data management and analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Significant experience in warehouse operations
Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
