Job Description:

The Procurement Specialist will drive local services and Capex sourcing projects, optimize purchasing processes, negotiate framework agreements, manage supplier relationships, and evaluate performance in an industrial environment. This position requires superior qualifications, experience, business acumen, and the ability to travel.

Job Responsibility:

Drive local services and Capex sourcing projects with the principal objectives of achieving the lowest total cost of ownership that meets the business requirements and expectations as well as insurance of supply supported by a culture of continuous improvement with cost & performance benchmarks and a regional consolidation with other countries
Insure purchasing process optimized in line with negotiation and negotiate framework agreements for services
Drive appropriate commercial relationships with main suppliers to monitor contracts, evaluate performance and implement improvement actions
Capture innovation and new market opportunities and keep key stakeholders informed
Evaluate main and strategic supplier’s yearly performance, to assess their financial risks and to drive claim requests

Requirements:

Superior Degree in Engineering or other relevant area
Post-Graduation in Purchasing and Supplies Management (preferential)
5 years in similar responsibilities and in an industrial environment
Proficiency in English

Availability to travel
