Requirements:

Proficient experience of CAM software Esprit (Hexagon) or NX
robust knowledge of programming for 3-axis, 5-axis CNC machines as well as for multi-tasking centers
in-depth knowledge of cutting tools
experience of cutting hard metals like Titanium, Inconel, Nimonic etc.
in-depth technical knowledge of drawings and specifications to discuss key issues with customers, suppliers and internal departments
knowledge of Aerospace and Defense Standard AS9100 D
specific working knowledge with critical engine parts like steam stator blades, moving blades, turbine wheels, blisks, impellers, and other critical sub-assemblies which are high in volume, made of difficult-to-cut material
