Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract. This position requires onsite work in Plano, TX, offering an exciting opportunity to collaborate on innovative digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with business strategists, product managers, and development teams to prototype and refine digital products in Figma
Work on the redesign of major products, ensuring seamless user experiences across websites, native apps, and progressive web applications
Support an Agile team using Atlassian tools (JIRA), contributing to design sprints and identifying opportunities to integrate AI for efficiency and speed

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in product design
Strong focus on enterprise POS systems, fintech, or retail environments
Proficiency in Figma
Willingness to transition designs to Salesforce for backend implementation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Effective communication of design decisions with measurable outcomes
